The stock jumped 4% to touch a high of Rs 109. The stock is currently trading at Rs 107 - up 2%. Around 7,908 shares have been trded on the BSE so far. The company is considering a proposal for capital expenditure aggregating up to Rs 40 crore by way of expansion and acquisition. The capex will be funded by external commercial borrowing.
