Jindal Power plans IPO to raise Rs 10k cr

Jindal Power is a subsidiary of Jindal Steel & Power Ltd (JSPL). "Jindal Power will be holding an extra ordinary general meeting of the members of the company for obtaining their approval for the said IPO," it added. The company did not disclose details of the proposed IPO.
