God is a trinity, Father,
Son, and Holy Spirit. The English word God in the Old
Testament is translated from the Hebrew word, Elohiym. This
word is plural. The translators should have wrote, in the
beginning God’s created Heaven and Earth. Well that sounds
weird doesn’t it? But that’s the facts.
What can we draw from this truth? The first issue we see is
everything created was not an individual act, it was done in
fellowship and cooperation. The Bible records a statement by
God, or Gods, “let Us make man”. Here again we see
fellowship, and cooperation within the Godhead.
Thiers’s a saying, “it’s lonely at the top”. Well, in God’s
situation it’s not. God is never along, God is always in
fellowship. Maybe that explains why you are here? God’s
wanted more fellowship, therefore we have Adam, and Eve. The
facts state that God’s said, “It’s not good for man to be
alone”. This is another example of the plan of God, or
God’s.
What is the conclusion here? Jesus died on the cross so you
and I could fellowship the Father. Adam and Eve
fellowshipped God or God’s in the cool of the day until
Satan enticed the two of them to commit an act of breaking
fellowship. Jesus redeemed us from that crime and through
the New Birth placed us back into fellowship with the
Father. In fact, Jesus shares His fellowship with us, with
the Father.
Satan hates fellowship. Satan will use anything he can to
break our fellowship with God and or between ourselves.
Satan is so sharp he will even use the Bible. But on the
other hand Satan loves fellowship. The world has fellowship,
the bars, the hangouts, the drug houses, the houses of
prostitution, and the porn scene. These are all types of
fellowships or what we might call churches, places of
worship.
Fellowship means sharing with someone or sharing in
something with others. People that don’t go to church
eventually find one. What you mean? Well if you don’t
attendant a fellowship you will attend something that brings
fellowship, whether it’s in a bar, or radio station,
website, or television program, you will fellowship
something. Why? Because you were created to fellowship. God
or God’s created you to fellowship God, but people lose
sight of purpose and fall into all sort of stupid things.
That’s why so many are addicted to stuff because they have
the spiritual gene to fellowship, instead of God they go for
something the world has to offer. Even Christians have
secret fellowships with the world, they get hooked on things
that brings harm or even death to fellowship with God.
What about you? How are you fellowshipping? Is it the
intended way or have you mixed it with something that could
kill you. Remember the early church they broke bread from
house to house fellowshipping each other and the Lord. They
understood what you fellowship makes you, shapes you, or
breaks you.
